Privacy Policy

This policy covers https://bridgerealtysouthernmn.com, the Bridge Realty site for Mankato and southern Minnesota. It explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it.

What we collect

The only information we collect directly is what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, an optional phone number, whether you are buying or selling, which agent you asked for, your message, and which of the optional permissions you ticked.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses and request times. We use those only to keep the site running and to limit automated form abuse.

What we do with it

• Your form submission is emailed to the Bridge Realty agent you selected, with a copy kept by the brokerage so nothing is missed.
• We use it to answer you. That is the whole purpose.
• We do not sell it, rent it, or hand it to a lead-generation company.

Texts and marketing

Giving us a phone number lets an agent reply to your inquiry. Marketing texts, automated informational texts and marketing emails are separate, and each one only happens if you ticked that specific box on the form. None of them is a condition of using this site or of working with us, and leaving all three unticked does not change the service you get.

• Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for more information.
• To stop marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link or ask any agent.
• We record the date and time of your consent and pass it to the agent handling your inquiry.

Who else sees it

Form messages are delivered by Resend, our email provider, and the site is hosted on Vercel. Both process data on our behalf. We do not use advertising pixels, analytics trackers, or third-party cookies on this site.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, this page will be updated and a consent banner will appear before any tracking runs.

How long we keep it

Inquiry emails live in the receiving agent’s mailbox and the brokerage archive, and are kept as long as the business relationship or Minnesota real estate record-keeping rules require. Ask us to delete your inquiry and we will, unless we are legally required to keep it.
